Watchen your weight,

Wishen you were still twenty eight.

Bitchen bout polotics,

Try’in not to be an alchoholic.

Old grudges,

Past loven.

Sometimes I wonder why it bothers us all.

Payin bills,

Poppin pills,

Sometimes I wonder why we  just don’t get with it!

Cause we all wind up in alittle pine box,

With a kinda long drop,

And a sudden stop!

the grave robber to me is the best character ever in a rock opera, i wish i was him lol, and i wish he would read this lol

Actually, I think you could interpret this in two ways: the "why bother with life, with all its pain and annoyances, when you're going to die anyway" way, and the "why sweat all the problems in life, live it well and enjoy what you can, 'cause who knows when you're gonna die" way.
So enough of that, overall it's a good poem. I like how you wrote it with the accent; gives it a unique character. The last three lines make me see a coffin being dropped into a grave, nice work with that.
