walking with you

    i didn't know if my feet were on the ground...

brushing against your shoulders,

       i didn't know if you were carrying me in your arms...

talking to you

       i didn't know which language i was speaking...

where was i going?

          i didn't know

i didn't wanna know anything

  cause you were with me 

     and that's enough reason to be...

as you looked into my eyes

     i didn't know you were drinking in something...

as you caressed my cheeks,

       i didn't know i missed a heartbeat...

as you stepped into smell me,

        i didn't know i forgot to breathe...

was the world spinning?

  or did everything halt in a second?

i didn't wanna know anything

  cause you were with me 

     and that's enough reason to be...

i don't know why my eyes turn down every time i see you..

why my cheeks flush red when you come closer...

why i step back when i wanna step forward...

i didn't know

   that it was all because of you

 cause you were with me 

     and that's enough reason to be...

i don't know

    whether i'll spend a lifetime with you...

but i do know that there's a heaven

     and i'll reach there

Besides the change of tenses, the poems really good, flowed well :) and has passion and shows how the human emotion sometimes can confuse or just draw a blank even though the emotion might be at it's strongest. All in all a very cute poem :) Experiencing love like this is always refreshing and wonderful.
