Losing Myself

I’m not sure of the words present in me,

I don’t know the right deeds.

Why am I so quiet today?

What could be the reason?

The real me is lost.

The old me, blabbered all the time.

But now there’s no word on my lip.

What have I become?

The person I really hated?

I want to talk again,

I want to get back to life.

My soul exists, but without a heart,

My silence won’t drive me so far.

It's really an on and off situation. You feel good sometimes and the next it's the opposite, as if you'd never be happy again. I've felt like this too at one time of my life but I regained my older self 😊
