When lust turns into love.

When lust turns into love.

A Poem by rach

A melody is substantial enough to be music on its own,
You don’t need a harmony to finish a song,
But my love, your harmony added depth,
When you let our songs entwine.

Compose a new song,
and play it down my body.
Stain my hips with a tune,
Manipulate my body to match your own.

Lay me under the stars,
brush my lips with your harmony.
Fill me with exciting accelerandos,
and breathless rubatos.

Sing words in my ears,
and let them travel to my soul,
Who knew an object of lust,
Could make my melody whole.

It is peculiar that at the start of this writing there is such a mammoth statement for someone like me that is. As true enough that most theorisists would agree that the essence of music is conveyed into melody the funny thing is that it will take so much knowledge to come up with the understanding that when it is shared on the first line it may be even at risk of most just continuing without real taking in. It does act as the foundations of what it is to come on the writing. It is a description of a relationship based on musical terms. Nevermind that it is difficult to come to an agreement of the terms itself becuase when added to the context, is signifies a description of growth. Of acceptance, embracing the other and many more attempts to let us know that the encounter is a valid one and one that bears great possibilities.

A melodious sonata

Thankyou
