love & logistics (part 1)

love & logistics (part 1)

A Poem by speakingcolors

if there's one thing that's certain,

it's that there's no certainty in love.

logistically speaking,

though,

there should be all the certainty in the world.

if it fits,

if you fit,

then it fits,

and that's all there should be.

one and one is one.

but when you really take a look at the rules,

you'll find that there aren't any to look at.

in fact,

there's barely even any principles to go by.

no explanation,

no reason.

but that's what makes it so heartwrenchingly beautiful.

you're completely filled by it.

you can feel it all the way down into your toes.

yet,

you have no idea why,

and in the end,

despite having no set logical way,

it all comes out the same.

one and one is one.
