Rattle Snake

Rattle Snake

A Poem by Archangel Gabriel

Rattle Snake

Coiled beneath a rock

under a stool in the cool

café

a slimy snake slithered,

shedding its skin on the way.

As it sought out its victims,

pure innocent flesh,

it struck with such venom

and killed in a flash!

Very crisp description on how human could be so treacherous. Nicely penned.

Very trecherous! Thank you Gabriele.
Ha! I can relate to this piece as there is at least one snake in this cafe who gains sympathy from the customers when he is trodden on for sinking his poisonous fangs in friends. Nice write
