Letter from the Asylum

There is a secret message within the message. Can you figure it out? Its rather simple yet tells about the 'writer' of the letter.

To whom it concerns,

               Salutations and greetings my dear friend and foe. Outstanding job with the failing of high school for the eighth time around. Could it be you spend too much time making my life hell and not enough time studying? I would feel sorry for you but you don't deserve my forgiveness or that of anyone else's that have been effected by your actions. Out of time are we? People will not make your decisions for you forever. A person will only do what they must to protect themselves and will do little for the rest of us in society without thought of themselves. That is human nature. Here, you will only lay at your crossroads, destined to fail and perish in our world of evil and insecurities.

Lol! Nice secret message, I thought that would be pretty obvious while reading this, and I couldn't figure it out till I read the hint spoiler. Wish I didn't read that hint spoiler part cuz I love a good puzzle. This was very interesting and I liked it, you should make another one like this and I will so try and figure it out (hopefully without reading the hint spoiler). Good Job! :)

I read this over and over and i still cant figure out the secret message XD. I would hate to be the warden that reads this note and get insulted by a mental patient about failing 8th grade over and over again
