sing louder for me; you're still the only song i want to hear.

sing louder for me; you're still the only song i want to hear.

A Poem by Sarah Wilson

I'd like to take a second and point out some things.

Some things you said and some things I said,

and how things have come full circle.

I don't know if we exchanged Halloween pictures,

but I know we did on Thanksgiving.

We detailed our New Year's Eves,

all the tears [mine] and laughter [yours].

And we had another year of snow.

And we began and ended our summers,

with each of our favorite people.

And I miss you more right now than you know.

But then again, you know me more than I know myself.

And times are changing like the seasons do,

But I know I can count on me and you.

So this is just something to say, oh hey.

I love you more than I loved you yesterday.
