Living in the country

Living in the country

A Poem by Tabitha t

Living in the country,

Where the sun always shines.

Where we always dance in lines.

Im proud to live in the country

Sun kissed skin

Straw colored Hair

im country.

I wear boots on my feet

Sweetly paired with a cowboy hat on my brow.

My voice has a twang

and I can throw a swing.

I can play with the boys

Dirt dont scare me

I may be tough

but I still taste sweet

Hills of green

and streams of blue

Everything beautiful

surrounds me

Livin in the country

Where the sun always shine.

Where we always dance in lines

Im proud to be country.

Very sweet. A tribute to the country. I grew up in the country...that's why I will never move from the city...
