Gems

I take a walk through this journey

And many treasures I find

A path full of gems

I dare not leave behind,

For they carry enlightenment

That they freely share

A gift that is so much appreciated

Passing them by without showing

How much they mean to me

~ I do not dare ~

From the depth of my heart

To the depth of my soul

All the love, compassion, care and courage

These rare gems have shown

And will forever shine through me

For they have taught

My Spirit, My Soul

That gems should never be overlooked

As just another stone.
