Shallow waters

Shallow waters

A Poem by terry smith

I dipped my middle finger
in the shallow pool you call a soul
then flick tiny droplets of you
against  the bedsheets
 where moments before
 we made love...
it froze
 instantly
 because you are a cold
 hearted b***h
and I hate that I love you.
