Fallen Angel

Feel the pain in a bawling rain,
Broken soul in a thunder's roll,
Emotions crash in lightning's flash,
Murmurs of sin in a growing wind. 
When Heaven cries, all men know
Of the heartache within it's storm.
It cannot hide the torment, turmoil 
Upon waking to realize an angel is gone.
It weeps for the missing,
Knowing she has fallen from grace to earth
And hidden herself from Heaven's holy hand.
When an angel is lost, all men know
That Heaven cannot bring her back home-
Only mourn for her presence
And pray she has found a sinner to call her own.

I'm pretty sure that this is the first short poem I've ever seen you write Sarah, ahaha. Ah, the Fallen. I've read so many (Fiction I guess...) stories about them. Fallen angels, angels, arch angels, nephilim and everything in between. I just adore them. And when I saw the title for this poem I was thinking "Sweet! More angel poems from Sarah!" I really do love your writing you know that? What am I thinking??? I need to start subscribing to you! And adding your poems to my favourites! (I'm kind of not in the habit of doing that or really used to it, which is why I don't do t very often...)
Anyway! Love this Sarah, like always. It's beautiful and an amazing unique master piece, just like an angel.
We must mourn for those angels whom have fallen, and pray they are saved, no?

haha I love your reviews....Yeah, this one is a bit shorter than many of my others, though I think that may be because I didn't ramble in this one! I guess I must be in a sub-phase about angels...Actually, I wrote this poem with no thought of angels really-I know, that sounds impossible since this is about an angel; but I actually wrote this kind of about one of my characters in the novel I just finished writing (still have to edit which will take me months!) Anyway, I am glad you like this! And I am sooo glad you love my writing!! :) :) :) ! Thanks for your reviews!!!
