I was watching the TV

long gone forgotten stars

of the silver scream,

 lost from the golden rage.

For Marilyn is no more,

and Fred don't care.

Can Betty save us,

 because bob is are only hope.

Otherwise

were stuck with Courtney's love.

 

But

Don't be alarmed,

 this is  only a test.
Certain steps have been taken,

in case of an emergency

 We bring this to your attention with urgency.

That some precautions, have been laid to rest.

 

As we scroll down the walk of fame.

So long and forgotten names,

Guaranteed like night and day,

There will always be

a rerun to play.

[Poetic Beauty]

this is a great poem about how the world has changed and the actors/actress and musicians with it. I use to watch all the old black and white movies with my grandmother and loved them. Old Marlin Brando movies and Carmen Miranda. I loved her crazy fruit hat and as a kid I could picture the movies in color in my mind. Those were the dazzling actor/actress. Glamorous and graceful. Audrey Hepburn I think was my favorite. Beautiful and elegant. Beautiful write that has brought back wonderful memories of watching these movies with my grammy until I was almost twenty.
