Tears

i wrote this after my great uncle Joe died . i think he was the one i got my artistic talent from . he was a proffesional !

When you get a slice or skin your knee,

Your tears come from your eyes.

And don't last.

 

But when you lose someone dear,

Thy're not from your eyes, but your heart.

They go on forever.

 

During loss, your heart wells ujp with sadness,

And whenit can hold on no longer,

You cry.

 

What if the sun was not a ball of fire,

But God, watching over us, sending angels.

And miracles.

 

Though you might want to give up, don't.

It'll all get better, over time, the pain will ease.

And you'll be happy again.
