In My Head

Every day I'm

hoping, dreaming,

Knowing I am

stared at, seeming,

Seeming to the

whole world that I'm

fine.

 

Then one day I

look around me,

Screaming to the

world, "Leave me be,"

So afraid to

face this judging

world.

 

So alone in

all that I do,

If only I

could be like you,

Have a friend to

love me despite

me.
