Do not fight the wind...

 

 

When birds fly beside you

and trust your very nature

you have

a gentle soul

they believe in

 

 and through a harsh winter

you are like a sun

but your home lays

a whisper

 

no matter

how cruel she can be

or

 how cold her breath is

 you do not fight the wind

she will carry you

in her dark hours

 when her voice is at her loudest

still, 

you do not fight the wind

with our home in the horizon

another day sleeps

but were are not alone

all around

is a calm endless whisper

her endless whisper beneath your wings...

 

Author's Note

Ok if your wondering.. I have had an idea of turning my story poem my little word into a stage play and this is one of the songs I imagined it isn't finished yet only a verse, it's dedicated to Fallomine my dragon! But this is one of my many ideas...
