I see into your eyes
Only to see into a murky haze
I gaze into your soul
Only to find hate
Belated not by joy
But by tears pure, resonating
Sadness
Sadness so cold
So swept away
That it sinks its
Bone-deep fangs into
My frail breaking heart
Until one
............ By
................One
The pain comes undone
And slowly, slowly
Kills me
