People are all educated but still cant read

All people here are educated
but they still cant read
they cant read the fear on the face of others.
they cant read the love in the eyes of others.
still anyone is seems to be cheerful ,
they cant read the pain behind it.
they cant read the feelings of others.
but still they say they are educated...
but what is the use of such education
which cant help others to describe others?
