Fragility

Fragility

A Poem by Vanessa Pavelock

The sea turtle glides through a black sea,
surrounded by a world unknown and
untouched by man, and in that moment
his flesh stings from the saltwater-- the
wounds beneath his outer shell revealed.

I give you kudos for creating this poem. It creates a story just waiting to be unraveling the more the viewer takes a read into the hidden tale your words have gathered between each line. It would of been nice to read how exactly the turtle gotten the wounds if its not by a man, woman or child. It seems to me the story is slightly vague within the poem. Other than that, it's a good read for all readers.
