Mouth open words escape me.

I look at you
Words prepared to say
But when i open my mouth
My head says not today

So i wait until the next
Ready to say how i feel
But once again im left
Saying whats not real

No matter how close i come
To saying whats true
I still cant say face to face
How much i do care for you.
