Losing myself

Losing myself

A Poem by watch_the_world

Fake smiles,
Fake laughs,
Synthetic happiness.

Underneath this mask
that is suffocating me
I'm broken,
I'm dead,
I'm weak,
I'm pathetic.

I never thought I'd die alone.

How well do you really know me?

all does seem fake sometimes - especially when our own happiness does not feel at grasp....

our happiness is found when we can know ourselves without counting on others to really know us...we are always changing and we can't wait to define ourselves - through another pair of percpetion...

thought provoking.

At a certain point of our lives we all reached or will reach this point, hopefully it shall be temporary and everything shall be fine again, good job.

.
how morose...it saddens me that people can get to this place in life..feeling that helpless and alone..

can well we know someone, depends on how well they know themselves...
