Revelations

Revelations

A Poem by Johnny White

Sometimes, when my morning's fatigued
and the only comfort comes from a deep cool breath
When I see the breeze that chills the eyes
and my thighs want my knees to try a little harder
Sometimes that makes me want to cry
Occasionally, I feel that when I cry
It won't be frustration.
It won't be important.
It won't be for help that I should supply for myself.
Sometimes, it's not for reason at all.

Revelations are a dime a dozen.

I love the line "and my thighs want my knees to try a little harder". This poem has such a mellow feeling, I feel like you just woke up and wrote this.

I liked how this really gave you a feeling of full body ache. or strain. it was good, short but still strong and lasting.
nice

Revelations are a dime a dozen

so true indeed, short and to the poin, just the way I like it. So much is expressed in so little words. Amazing really
