MirrorA Poem by K.A. Boulter This is what I came up with when I was trying to write a Pantoum. It's a form of Malaysian poetry which uses a pattern of repeated lines.
It's like looking in a mirror
All the empty stares Destined, to live an empty life Trapped alone All the empty stares Scratch your eyes and throat Trapped alone No one hearing Scratch your eyes and throat Your heart barely beating No one hearing All the screams that you make Your heart barely beating Not much more it can take All the screams that you make The tears you create Not much more it can take It's like looking in a mirror The tears you create Destined, to live an empty life © 2015 K.A.
