Past meets present Lost things felt again Pictures bring remembrance Words still choke as stones thrown Paths chosen hell bent Emotions run akin Smoldering choices bodiless trance Memories swarm shown
Snapshots remembered known Knocked over windfall stance Rubble reduced to sin Harrowed words left vent
Time passed years spent No wisdom filled words wished from the jinn Even grandfathers sights of France Opportunities out the window flown Not a place to stake my tent Destiney will I win? Presented new chances of circumstance Unmade choices still blown © 2011 Christopher 'Windstorm' Kells |
