Sad poem

writing a long time ago when i was a teenager

The bleakness of the night

the wind howls outside my window

sleet and rain bores against it.

On this night I am alone without a love of my own

I sadden from not having love.

Afraid that I will not find a love that will love me the way I need to be,

For my love doesn’t last.

But out there is some one that will love me with all

The passion that I need

For now I will wait.

Very descriptive of how my life is on a daily basis. Emotionally alienated from my surroundings, living a transient life, only cherishing moments that bring me out of what I describe as a hollowness that eats my very existence into nothingness, and sitting around thinking of improvised music sections trying to distract myself from the hollowness that is my mind.

I hope that you have found love, or if you haven't, I hope you will soon. Loneliness is excruciating.
