I consumed some delicious dates which inspired me to learn about this fruit.I knew from the net that dates have been a staple food of the Middle East and parts of South Asia for thousands of years.

I grew up in California .. so I have eaten a lot of Dates .. I Love them, and they are good for you ! .. I only see them in a few stores here, at Christmas time, and they are not as good as fresh .. I like your words ..

It truly does, and the living food is the most nutritious for us to eat, though I have a terrible weakness for cheetos, I am an avid supporter of fruits , nuts and such, so good and so good for us :)
