Chair

The chair was empty  in the room.

Stream of thoughts started to roam.

 

What happened to the person?

Where has he gone?

When will he come?

Why the air is so calm?

How  will I know what has happened?

Who is around to tell me about my friend?

 

The chair is a symbol of life.

It tells about happiness and strife.

We crave for a chair and cheer when get one.

Fate steals away the person as a strange fun.

Yes,it is very meaningful.
I saw an episode in Discovery Channel the day before yesterday which presented a wonderful work on search for gold in Alaska.At one point the men found a trap for capturing bear while digging snow and soil.They sold the old artifact in a local shop and discussed how effective was the tool for capturing bears.
This reminded me about you and thus I became very happy to think that I have a Writing Friend from Alaska.

A strange sentence...having its own meaning...

My husband was taken from the chair his children got him as an early Father's Day present...for by June he was gone...

I feel very blessed dear friend to remember the time when the chair of your husband became vacant by June.It left the precious memory of your beloved husband for you and your children.
The same strange incidents happened to my mother and father.Their chairs are vacant now.Streams of memories come now and then.
We have no option but to believe that however strong and rich we may be our chairs will also be vacant someday.Then somebody may mourn for us and somebody may remember us.That will depend
upon our works and activities.
