Falling for You

A bit of prose describing a man explaining the feelings of loves first meet

How I felt when I first met you.
Was like, seeing the ocean,
For the very first time.
After trudging through The hot, heavy, sands.
My journey,
The edge of my reality,
Seeing and feeling a spectacle.
A rush of waves,
Cool, blue flowing, new,
Like a breath Of fresh air.
This is surely, A place that angels dwell.
A new dawn,
On a day that will never end,
Begins.
Waves of pleasure and emotions, unexplainably warm.
Yet the chill..
I've always known her,
Npw she's come for me.
Feels like home.
Finding its way, cleansing, beautiful ..
All that has ever been, has now become new.
You, finally....its you
The ocean has now, become me.
I have; as with, my heart.
Fallen to the ocean,
Fallen into you.
My heart is laughing.
Me, my life, even now forever changing.
My life ... or is it, ours now ? That's how I felt.
When, at first, I fell,
As I was,

Oh, this is wonderful. For me the ocean's the perfect association with love. I grew up far, far away from the sea and saw it for the first time when I was a teenager. I'll never forget that view and how the air smelled and how I instantly felt at home. I experienced very much the same when I met my husband, so this poem feels like a memory, taken straight from my heart and masterfully put into words.

It is interesting in life how generally we like to be in control. But! People and relationships are never totally controlled. Love is out of control....hence the phrase; FALLING in love.
What we can do is do our best to be selective and careful in the choice of friends and so on.
Basic information I know. Well nice to read your poem and the ocean reference is so fitting.
