a place for us

a place for us

A Poem by Zelda Gin

if there's a place for us to stay
I don't say, you don't say
we don't show the way
to anyone
we don't need
anyone.

we will have brunch
on the wooden table
losing its pieces
we will take cable
to mountains
then jump down
yet we don't hit the ground
you bound to me
making no sound
of laugh, of kisses.

so you will miss
how you're drown
in old coloured blanket
our memories will stretch
even i'm long gone
and when you're alone
let's say
how's about
a place for us
to stay?
