'Unwanted Companion'

'Unwanted Companion'

A Poem by Hello, Goodbye
"

..the despondency is present.. it makes for a horrid companion..

"
Ill use any and all to flee away, from the feeling of broken blue and gloomy gray.

Any  liquid ill consume to gain, a feeling of displacement that will forever slay..

Slay the demons in my mind and in my heart, from myself I want to depart.

To become free from the deepest void. If only self awareness I could destroy..
- the despondent dreamer

The genius of the title is revealed through the poem, I can't do that sort of thing. Wish I could. Anyways, I think this is excellent. Doesn't waste time or words. And once again, that damned rhyming is done so perfectly I can't be anything but at least a bit jealous. Not to mention, I know the sentiment of the poem all to well.
