After You Played Me

After You Played Me

A Poem by Avia

So this is how you are.
A liar, a traitor and a cheat.
I'm glad we never went far.
My tears would've been more than this.
You've taught me a lesson.
It won't be soon unlearnt.
Such pain caused by one person.
I hope you soon repent.
I cried a river for your fake love.
And spent long nights awake.
But there's nothing tears will solve.
I have stopped wallowing, for my sake.
And don't think I must hate you.
That my new dream is revenge.
I'm just indifferent about you.
After all you've done, to me, you're dead.
