The consequences of You

Are you coming?
To the darkness
With all the demons that come out
And eat you alive while you try to get out
Why are you here you ask?
It may be because of a mistake or more
Good things only happen to good
But why do horrible
Why go out of your way and hurt people
The things that happen in the world result in your actions
You would think you would of learned the first time
But of course no
You waited until the last minute
To fix the mistakes
Maybe you will get a second chance
From someone who can cure the uncurable
The world gives chances but only to people who deserve it
The people that try
And one day succeed
One day it will be you
Going into the beautiful and radiant light
With the angels to applaud you in your success

Well said. It gives the reader something to think about and I enjoyed that. It all makes sense and shows a sense of moral compass that we don't quite see in this world anymore. So, I enjoy words that speak to my inner self. This helps to relay a message of the deeper sort. We need this type of writing and sense of self in today's world. Keep it up.

We decide our journey good or bad. I believe all of us will find darkness and few will find the light of hope again.
