My Love is in the Song

Short, and simple. As always; I had someone special in my mind

Love is in the song, where it forever stays.

My heart and my soul, put to words,

And then to sweet, soft music.

A melody spins a long, sorrowful tale

Of my love for you, and the love we once shared.

I lost you forever, and you are forever gone.

Gone is your love for me, but mine for you is still there.

Just like the sweet, soft song, always playing in my heart.

Its was for you, now just for me, because we've grown apart.
