Good Morning

I wake to the sound

of chirping birds outside my window.

Such a happy sound.

It brightens my day and puts a spring in my step.

The sun is shining

as if to say "Have a happy day, today."

Short, simple, and sweet. The only hiccup I could find is the comma in the last line. Seems to tamper with your rhythm.
