Beautiful reflection

Beautiful reflection

A Poem by Corset

Beautiful reflection
Wanaka,
beautiful reflections
A white horsed cloud
dreams
dustbowl buffalo
feathered and bare
howls of a distant flute
wolf on cliffs of bravery
mountain faces
a Giant's Causeway
but too critical

and we set it upon you
his electric chair
to sir with love
uncomfortable heavy
should we define government
around your sphere

Wanaka
moon's light in soul reflection
in winter's white and pine berry blue
Cardinal red winged winter robes
die down to brown, black eyed
with your cornflower lashes

inside is;

a silhouette dancing
on the light of your eye
Wanaka
black eye gleaming
dilated ebony
a burst of sun
oh organdy sky: a
beautiful reflection.

A wide smile for your review J. thank you!! XD
"Wanaka" melodic Maori name...the lake "moon's light in soul's reflection" mysterious, prismatic, mirror..Lovely, lyrical, flowing poem, like the lake, with stellar imagery and metaphor- "a burst of sun..oh organdy sky"...Beautifully written.
