Leave Me Alone

Leave Me Alone

A Poem by DiamondNRough AKA Patty Rase Hopson

Leave Me Alone

Do you hear the echoes?
Leave me Alone she cries out to him.
Don't you hear her?
Her silent cry.
He has her pinned,
He's so much bigger then her.
He's a grown man, she's an
Innocent girl.
Leave Me Alone, Leave Me Alone
Stop tickling me, Don't touch me,
Don't you hear her? Are you so
Into yourself, that you refuse to help?
Leave me Alone she cries out again.
It echoes over and over again.
Don't you care? Don't you love her?
She's you flesh and blood, and you truly don't care!
And he's what to you???? Tell Me Again!
I'd Fear what God' has planned for you!
Leave ME Alone She still cries out…
Leave ME Alone it echoes again.
This time she pleads to the ones who protect him.

Interesting poem. A little grammar issues but all's good.

"you flesh and..." should be "YOUR flesh and..." I like this. Tickling and inappropriate touching can be different things though. But there are limits to tickling as well and children have a right to say no and a right to be heard. good job on this.

Powerful read... Isn't it amazing how ignorant the world can be about protecting the criminals before the innocent.
