LOVE HAPPENS

 

Love comes into our lives at the oddest times

When we least expect it, then we find love happens

Think about the times that you have said love is not for you

Did not love happen somewhere in the middle of that time

Knocking you to the floor with such force

Confused, you wonder, how did love happen to me

Some search and force love to happen

In the end never being happy with the forced love

Letting love happen in the natural way of life

Tends to work better for both parties

My own experience is that when love has happened

It has been a whirlwind of feelings and emotions

The high of the love happening is what feels so good

Even if we did not work out due to circumstances

We were still the closest of friends’ years later

So the next time love happens to you

Go for the ride and enjoy love happening to you

love is a mysterious thing. Quite possibly something we will ever fully understand, but will always need to feel. so i agree... when loves happens.. simply enjoy it! because its complex enough without us making it that way

I loved the way you expressed your view point here and how you believe love you manifest itself into people's lives,i think from my perspective my second marriage is a disaster because i was desperately looking for love then manufactured a scenario and now i am just resenting every day i spend with someone i just loathe.
It can be a wonderful experience but like everything doesn't tend to be at it's peak permanently just temporary,one has to get used to the mundane in a relationships there are plenty of times when we just wished we were on our own but can't because we are under the contract of marriage.
A civil partnership with an open ended clause in it might be my next step.
