Last Walk

Last Walk

A Poem by Stacy
"

Love Doesn't Die

"

She walks the night hand in hand,
Her lover beside her and their feet in the sand
They gaze at the moonlight that shines down,
Their smiles growing larger there's never a frown
They stop walking and stare into one anothers eyes,
They can see where the love for each other doth lie
Her lips part and the words "I love you" flow from them,
He  listens closely and  the same words come from him
They turn towards the ocean and walk into the water,
No looking back they continue in farther
With their last breath they know they'll be together forever,
As they perish hand in hand their love shall end, never.
