Heart of Sora

This is a poem I made up about Sora from Kingdom Hearts. He took upon his role protecting his friends and saving many worlds. Three friends: Sora, Kairi, Riku

                                                                

Sora~

This is a story where quantity meets quality

My name is Sora, my will of friendship is strong

Driving away the darkness to where they belong

To protect the ones precious, I keep

In the most inner depths of my heart

They're what makes me whole

But how did this journey start...

Dreams that began to go beyond my control

My mind raced as I descended from heaven's grace

Reaching as I fall... knew it was already over

Kairi, one of my closest friends, calls my name as  I drift away

Venturing into a void, wordlessly, I was a rover

My feet, came in contact with a circle of tangible light

I stare in wonder, as symbolic doves flutter away

Into the great beyond, a remarkable sight

Interlaced with a piece of display

I've been provided with a keyblade

To unravel the fields of existence

And open the door that's been disarrayed 

By the darkness who would disrupt the balance

Forced from the islands, interwined with memories

Embarking on a journey that would test my courage

Separated from my friends, Riku and Kairi

Together, our bonds with each other, provided leverage

Besides seeing the gorgeous shore and the sunset

Drowning in the horizon...

It's rays of light glimmering in the darkness

Our minds, daydreaming of something greater than palette

We wanted to explore worlds far beyond our comprehension

Finding more wonders, letting our hearts guide us 

But Riku longed to be with the darkness

Thinking he had the truest intentions

The further he would sink into the abyss

I'm behind him, with light tailing behind, all ablaze

Now he's sinking, so I'll pull him back into this trio of bliss

Won't let him fall into the yang of his days

And Kairi... who I've let escape from my sight

I'm walking this walk of truth, fighting these battles

Fending these creatures of torture assigned to attack life

I have a heart of passion that'll

Take me far on this journey

My love for friends reaches the heavens

This is a gift from my heart that's  a true blessing

Through these trials and tribulations, I learned a lesson

That friendship is greater together than apart

So I'm willing to do this sacrifice for her

I refuse to let our trio depart

Stabbing this keyblade against my chest, everything was a blur

My body was sparkling, signs of decay

And she touched my spirit, her yearning for my existence made me blend

Into a whole person and I'm holding her close today

I'll always be there for my friends in the very end

Enjoy :) This is one of three stories. Gonna play different music for each character to grasp the feeling
