A Poem by Tiny Drop

When my brain overthinks
I sing myself to sleep
When my mouth drinks
I walk alone through dark empty streets.

When it's sunny outside
I feel a pain stabbing deep
Which you carved inside
With emotions I don't dare feel.

Your eyes are like the blue sea
Reminding me I could dive into the deep
And keep your smile close to me
As I forget to come up to breath.

Your love is like an avid fire
Consuming me into a loveless ember
Making my situation dire,
So always remember:

Love like a vast ocean
Care like a warm breeze
As you turn something into motion
Please, don't let my heart freeze.
