Unification of the world.

Unification of the world.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

A little boy
from Brazil crying,

an old man
from England
feeding birds,

on the bench
in New York
a homeless man sleeps,

a woman in Paris
looks in the mirror,

a young man waits
for the birth of his son.

All are united together
from different corners
by the same anxieties,
the similar fears,
experiencing
the fragility of life.

Absolutely true Andrew. Well and movingly written poem. All of us, everywhere, have similar experiences of human existence that should bind us together. For, as you point out, we are as fragile as life is. We need each other. Brilliant and important write my friend.

You are right my friend. We are the same and we are different. Whole world need to slow down and learn. The world is smaller than we think. Wonderful poetry shared Andrew.
