Who Am I

something we had to do when i was a frehsman about ourselves

I am a reserved girl who loves to write

I wonder what I'll be like in ten years

I hear the sounds in my head

I see birds fly and wish I could too

I want to live in a world of peace

I am a reserved girl who loves to write

 

I pretend I am a creator of my own world

I feel the pain of a lost puppy

I touch the cold air at night

I worry that the world will never get better

I cry when I feel I have lost my way

I am a reserved girl who loves to write

 

I understand that times are rough

I say I can't when I know I can

I dream of going to the moon

I try to do my best in life

I hope that I can be stronger

I am a reserved girl who loves to write

this is so pretty because there is a sad tone to it. don't hope that you can be stronger, just BE stronger. it took me a long time to come out of my shell... but i'll never regret doing it. and i am very glad to know that you love to write because you kick a*s at it. stay confident in your writing, it'll take you far.

In many ways this reads like me. At times I feel like I have lost my way and am full of regrets. Like you I am just a girl who likes to write and writing helps me to express myself.
