The Silence

The Silence

A Chapter by Bhavya Kaushik

 †The Evanescent screams†

..

† The Silence†

The piano at the corner started to play,

A mechanically perfect symphony.

The moonlight followed its way from the window,

To find its shadows of light in me.

The music of the midnight rain,

Started to blend with the pain of violin.

And a perfect collaboration began,

To embrace my sorrow and pain.

But soon the symphony stopped,

I found silence staring towards me.

I can not take over this silence,

The silence has already taken over me.

When a life ends we think that the music it's gone.. and we forget to replay the music that made us feel the love. When we stop.. the music continues to play... but not in this life.. it goes forever in eternity...I still play his music .. when I feel him close by me..
You are an amazing love.. and she is such a lucky lady...

Oh Bhavya... I felt this one in me... I read it with my eyes, it flowed into my brain, down to my heart; it broke my bones, sealed my breath, cloged my veins, grabbed on to my spine and then, when it faded... it left me dissatisfied...

I do not know why it affacted me more than the others, maybe its bcus of the "moonlight" in it (which is the meaning of my name and my greatest inspiration) or the "music" in it... or the maddening beauty in it... I just want to clutch at my head and scream to rip through the silence your poem left behind...

Very very good... sooo good i feel unworthy to review it.
