END OF THE ROAD

The realization suddenly hits you.

                                   END OF THE ROAD

Heart is aching ~ heart is breaking. 

Time to start again ~ but can it be the same again?

Will I find love as I did before?

or has passion gone out the door!

Golden years have just begun >>>

Will it the same as it was before

Will I be the only one as you open the door?

Who will understand you. Are you the one to command me?

Abandonment and dispair seems always there

When love has faded ... where is the care?

As years are put in flight >>>

realization of our own destiny comes to light.

Days that have passed will die...

we gain new life, experience new beginings

for though the future seems insecure

the quest maybe, is for happiness and even more ...

more new and exciting experiences that promises the 'Ideal'

Yet what is 'The Ideal'. Where is the utopia in life 

when we seem to have come to ...the end of the road??

it's really true...we start to reach towards the end...the golden years...we have so much more wisdom...and these could be the best years with all our knowledge...only problem is that often our emotions are pretty well shot...
we have been through too much...we know too much...and we get a bit jaded...and we have lost so many friends...not ideal there.
but if we can reach a point of being content with ourselves, i think we can be okay the rest of the way.

Everyone is different. The point is to be content with what you have. Some people can do that on their own, others need a companion. I say go with your emotions. Don't be afraid to start again. Of course it will be different, but it could turn out to be better than what you have experienced before. I say, nothing ventured, nothing gained. If you are hankering, then it's worth trying. I love you have asked the question what is ideal? I think every experience that we have in life has something to tell may the end of the road won't take you anywhere new but what if the end is the sign to do something new?
