Wow, I really like this. The two line statements, the first of the past, the second, an unapologetic and proud declaration of change, are the strength of this poem. The 180 degree shift from the first line to the second's rejection of youth's misconceptions drills the point home to the reader that this man has grown up. Bravo.

I like how you captured all the aspects of being a child and being an adult. I also like how you color-coded the differences. This really is a neat poem.
