"Seeping Hope"

"Seeping Hope"

A Poem by Kameron Armitage
"

Not Dark...read into it too much and you wont get it.

"

I can still feel her scars

burning my skin

The pain shooting up my spine

as I cringe,

trying to escape the suffering that I have endured

It is excruciating.

Tears break into my eyes and

I shield away from society.

My tears become bombs,

burning embers lighting a raging fire as it strikes the rough below,

into the pool of sin.

A cloud of smoke forms,

allowing me to hide.

I pray to no one,

with a shot of faith that I will be saved.

My heart will be healed and never wounded

again.

.....Nobody comes.

Nobody heals.

Nobody saves.

So...

doth we grow, only to be cut down once more?
