Please Help!

I'm covered in bruises,

I'm covered in scars,

Soon they will heal,

Unlike the pain inside.

I'm burning within,

Trying my best,

For everyone to think,

That I am okay.

It's killing me,

I just wanna shout it,

But i'm scared,

You will hear me.

How long will it be like this?

When will it end?

I can no longer take it,

Someone please help.
