Silence

A short poem inspired by a quote I found. "If you can't understand my silence, how will you understand my words."

You only notice when I don't say a word 

Only hearing the sounds of my silence 

Never listening for my words  

They say silence is louder than words 

But if you don't understand my silence,

How will you understand my words.

I love it. I believe that the less amount of words one uses allows for the reader to grasp
onto the images in the poetry. It is also interesting your choice not to use punctuation until the last two lines. I enjoyed your poem. Keep inspiring

A nicely reading poem. It has a special tone, there's something about it, kind of inexplicable which I find interesting and likeable. I like the line (excerpt of the line) "silence is louder than words", it reminds me of my writings, I like to say the silence is loud.
