We all have regrets.

We all have regrets

about things we have

said and done.

That that we

wished we

had not.

Sadly we can't change

that time in the past.

Or our actions

and words we said.

We could have maybe apologise

and got rejected and hurt.

But we can learn from them.

And how it affected us.

By the ripples

that it caused us

and others

in our very

actions.

We are but only human.

Fallible and prone to

disharmony and upset.

We learn from our mistakes.

Valuable lessons at that.

If we take note.
