A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

a most romantic poem
gestation
then devastation
love erupts
then explodes
corrupts
then erodes

Jeeeez jacob! Like I said in the other review, you give me heartburn!. I think you have gastropoetical distress. Word reflux. I have some poems to share after I catch up with everyone then you can get some relief. Plop plop, fizz fizz.

Romantic reality Jacob. Life is not a romantic novel with no bumps and dips. I cringe when I hear people say that they never had a fight, to me it's a red flag that they never loved. Great write. So much said in so few words.

Jacob,

sadly as soberingly, Love may be Grand, but Life? ... Life's a B***h on a beach of pain engrained sand ever sifting through the annals' halls of the heart

So well said, Marve...better than the poem itself.

Sometimes the most explosive passion dies as suddenly as it was born ... the brightest flame is not always the one that burns the longest .
